If you began your studies in 1992 or later

We can supply an academic transcript and a copy of the programme / subject regulations (if required). Expect a response time of 5-10 working days, a charge of £10 will be made for this service.

If you began your studies between 1983 and 1991

We can supply an academic transcript and a copy of the programme / subject regulations (if required). Expect a response time of 10-15 working days. These transcripts are produced manually and involve archival research.  A charge of £40 will be made for this service.  Please contact:

If you began your studies prior to 1983 and studied under the University of London

We can confirm dates of attendance and qualification awarded, no charge will be made for this service. Expect a response time of 5-10 working days.

The University of London asks that you email your details to transcripts@lon.ac.uk and they will inform you of the next stage in the application process. Further details can be found here.

If you completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Education in 1984 or later

Our records for the PGCE are incomplete, so please contact the Examinations Office and we will let you know whether it is possible to provide you with a transcript.

If we can provide you with a transcript, a charge of £25 will be made for this service and the expected response time is 10-15 working days. These transcripts are produced manually, and involve archival research.

If we cannot provide you with a transcript, we can provide you with a letter confirming dates of attendance and qualification awarded. No charge will be made for this service.

The Examinations Office can also provide information for students wishing to obtain accreditation for teaching overseas and completion of forms relating to Masters Degrees and Research Funding Councils i.e. the Arts and Humanities Research Board (AHRB).
