E-Newsletter
Do you want to keep up to date with the latest University College and alumni news?
The Alumni Office has previously posted a copy of the Simmarian Magazine to all 20,000 St Mary’s alumni annually. However, as part of a University College-wide review of sustainably issues, the Simmarian Magazine will now be replaced by an electronic newsletter that will be emailed to you instead. Additionally, correspondence from the Alumni Office will increasingly be conducted via email.
Like the Simmarian Magazine, the newsletter will be packed with news about former students, stories about St Mary's and information about all of the free services we can offer you. If you haven't already given us your email address and would like to receive a newsletter, please fill in our online form.
Contact Old Friends
Have you ever wondered what your friends from St Mary's are doing now?
In the first instance, please check the Discussions section of our Facebook page, where alumni can introduce themselves by posting on the discussion topic that relates to the decade they graduated in. You can introduce yourself if you wish, or simply check the section for people you went to St Mary's with.
If you cannot find who you are looking for, the Alumni Office runs the alumni postbox to help put you in touch with lost friends. Due to the Data Protection Act 1998, we cannot give out other people's details without their permission, but we can forward stamped mail or contact someone on your behalf requesting they contact you.
University College Reunions
Have you considered arranging your own reunion at St Mary's?
Get together with old friends and have a look around the campus, stay in halls, have a drink in the SU, or perhaps hold a gala dinner in the Waldegrave Drawing Room – We can help you to book your rooms and accommodation, arrange catering and will send out invitations to your year group. Please contact the Alumni Office and we'll send you a factsheet.
If a reunion has been arranged for your year group, you will receive your invitation approximately three months before the reunion, providing that you are on our database.
If you are not on our database, please complete our online form to make sure you don't miss out on your reunion.
