Conferences and Meetings
Our conference facilities are located in South West London, close to the River Thames and set in 35 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds at St Mary's University College's Strawberry Hill campus. There are excellent rail, road and air links for national and international travellers.
Conference facilities are varied in capacity and environment, ranging from a modern lecture theatre seating 250 capacity to plenary and syndicate rooms for one-to-one meetings. Tiered lecture theatres available for various seating capacities, and our facilities can meet your requirements however large or small.
Most meeting rooms include audio visual equipment as standard to ensure the smooth running of your conference, and we will do the maximum possible to cater for any special requests.
We can offer a total of nearly 700 bedrooms during summer vacation period, including 271 ensuite rooms. An additional 12 flats with 70 rooms are situated in nearby Twickenham town centre. We also offer a varied selection of high quality menus and can cater for a range of requirements and budgets.
After a hard day's work delegates can unwind by taking advantage of the friendly and relaxing atmosphere of St Mary's sporting facilities, bar and café areas, or by simply enjoying a stroll around the beautiful gardens of our historic campus.
