How to get better sleep

The Centre for Workplace and Community Health will provide a bespoke course after a consultation with you. The course requires at least one 45 minute workshop, usually delivered three times per day.

What is the session?

This workshop provides knowledge and understanding of how to get good quality sleep. It equips those in UK workplaces to help others make healthy choices and deal effectively with the pressures of work.

Sleep problems lead to extended sick leave!

Norwegian researchers found that people with significant sleep problems were nearly two thirds more likely to take a sick leave of more than eight weeks. They were also about twice as likely to go on permanent work disability. European Respiratory Journal, December 2008.
