Our undergraduate degrees combine the best of Drama School (conservatoire) training with the best of university education and our postgraduate courses are vocational programmes that aim to equip you with advanced industry skills, as well as provide the opportunity for artistic experiment and research.

We think it is particularly important that theatre should have social purpose and although we place the performer at the centre of our work there is a strong focus on the audience. We believe that theatre is about 'us' not about 'me'.

We also foster free expression and safe environments where you can share thoughts and ideas as you learn to work collaboratively with your peers.
