St Mary’s University College held its Winter Awards Ceremony at its Twickenham campus on Saturday. The ceremonies included presentations of undergraduate and postgraduate awards.
Over six hundred people attended, including the Pro-Chancellor of the University of Surrey, Rt Hon Baroness Bottomley of Nettlestone DL, the University College Principal Dr Arthur Naylor, staff of the University College and friends and families of those receiving awards.
People travelled from all over the country to take part in the ceremony.
“It was very good to see so many people receive their awards and to also welcome many who have supported them so far through their education,” said Dr Naylor this morning.
Following each ceremony, guests were invited to a buffet reception in the Waldegrave Drawing Room on the University College campus.
