St Mary's Honorary Fellowships Awarded

St Mary’s University College, Twickenham held its annual awards dinner last night at its Strawberry Hill campus. The evening was introduced by Dr Michael Hayes, Vice-Principal and the 2008 University College Annual Report was presented by University College Principal, Dr Arthur Naylor.

Professor Ronald Barnett, Dr Patrick Duffy and Sister Ellen Flynn all received Honorary Fellowships from the University College, which has a Catholic foundation.

Honorary Fellowships are conferred on people eminent in their chosen field who have made an outstanding contribution to society. “This is always an immensely enjoyable evening for the University College as we launch our Annual Report and also made awards to individuals associated with the us who have made a distinct contribution to the wider community,” said Dr Naylor today.
