Senior Lecturer Visits Vatican

On Friday 26th June, John Lydon of St Mary’s University College, Twickenham will visit the offices of the Congregation for Catholic Education at The Vatican.

John will be participating in a Conference during which officials of the congregation, including the Prefect Cardinal Grocholeski, will outline its activity in support of Catholic education.

Following a presentation at the National Catholic Education Association (NCEA) in Anaheim, John has been invited to contribute to a discussion on the commitment of religious institutes to Catholic education.

Entitled ‘Teaching and Serving with Charism’, the discussion will involve several major leaders of international religious congregations including the Vicar General of the De la Salle Brothers.
