Virgin Active Manager Visits St Mary's

Barclay Harvey, General Manager of Virgin Active in Twickenham was a guest lecturer for St Mary’s University College, Twickenham Management Studies undergraduates last week.

Mr Harvey spoke to the students from the Leadership in Organisations module about the challenges of 'Leading For Excellence in Customer Service'.

Lise Georgeson, lecturer in Management Studies, said: "Barclay is inspirational and fun. He offered some great insight into the realities of leading an organisation through the provision of excellent customer service."
