Primary Teaching Conference to be Held at University College

Thursday 7th March – St Mary’s University College, Twickenham is hosting a celebratory evening for its recently graduated Primary NQTs.

On Thursday 7th March, recently graduated student teachers from St Mary’s University College, Twickenham are being invited to a celebratory evening at its Strawberry Hill campus. The evening, which has been organised by St Mary’s School of Education, is for current Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and will offer presentations of both pedagogical and practical interest, along with the opportunity to meet with peers who are also in their first year of teaching. St Mary’s Academic Director Ruth Wright commented, “St Mary’s takes great pride in keeping in touch with its teaching graduates, offering further training and support for NQTs as they progress through their careers. “This evening has been organised as a way of bringing recent graduates together to talk about their first months in a teaching post.” If you are an NQT and would like to attend, please contact Emma Martin on emma.martin@stmarys.ac.uk by Monday 11th March.
