Former St Mary’s Lecturer to Star in Rose Theatre Play

A former lecturer at St Mary’s University College, Twickenham has been cast in a play to be shown at the Rose Theatre Kingston.

A former lecturer at St Mary’s University College, Twickenham has been cast in a play to be shown at the Rose Theatre Kingston. Ian Hughes, who taught Drama at the University College, will play the role of Snell in the Michael Frayn production, Donkeys’ Years. The play centres on the reunion of a group of men who attended university together. Ian is a professional actor who has starred in productions such as Peter Pan, The Lion King and Twelfth Night, and was a recipient of the first Royal National Theatre Ian Charleson Award for the title role in Tasso at The Lyric, Hammersmith. The play will run from the 6th-22nd February with tickets staring from £13.
