Important Dates During the Forthcoming Academic Year

Semester One Assessment

Semester One teaching will end on 9th December.

Semester One exam week will take place 12th - 16th December.

Term will end for all students on 16th December.

Start of Semester Two

ITT students will resume teaching on 3rd January.

All other students will return on 9th January and will have a PDP activities week.

Teaching will re-commence for non-ITT students (non-teacher training) on 16th January.

End of Semester Two

Easter holidays will be from 2nd – 13th April.

Semester Two teaching finishes on 27th April.

Semester Two exams will take place from 30th April – 11th May.

The academic year will finish on 11th May.

Re-Sit Period

The re-sit exams and coursework deadlines will fall in the period between 2nd and 6th July.

Graduation

The date for graduation in 2012 has yet to be set.

It should be noted that finalists who have to take re - sits in July will not be able to graduate at the July awards ceremony.
