Before you begin your next year of study at St Mary's this September you need to complete the student self service online pre-registration form, tuition fee payment form and online registration survey (travel survey). You will also need to attend a registration day in the Tennis Hall on one of the dates given below.
The student self service website allows you to view and update your personal details, and also complete important parts of the registration process prior to your registration day in September.
To login please use the username and password emailed to you. If you have forgotten your username and password please follow the instructions on the login page.
The deadline for submitting your details online is 4pm on 31st August. If you don't submit your details online by this time you'll need to spend additional time on registration day providing us with information - please note this will involve queuing for considerably longer periods.

Save Time At Registration – Send Us Your Student Identity Card Photo Now
While you’re online why not save more time on queuing and get your Student ID Card made before registration by sending your photo to us in advance. This way you also have your choice of photo on your student card.
To do this please email us your picture in JPEG (.jpg) format and your ID card will be ready for you upon registration.
If you are unable to do this, we will be able to take your picture during registration but there will be a queueing system in place.
Registration will take place in the Tennis Hall (the purple building marked 'Zi' on the campus map) at the following times:
A strict deadline of the end of week two will be set for students wishing to change their modules (Friday 23rd September).
It will be possible to come to registration around your lecture times.
