Evaluator's Comments
This seminar will introduce personal trainers and sports coaches to a range of key psychological skills that influence sporting performance. Psychological skills that will be covered in the morning session are: Enhancing confidence, controlling anxiety, optimising concentration and developing self-awareness.
Through discussion with the attending coaches at the end of the morning session at least one of the above skills will be covered in more detail in the afternoon session.
