Fitness and Conditioning Suite

A modern fitness suite that all members will enjoy training in to improve their health and wellbeing. There are 35 Life Fitness stations including a range of cardio vascular and fixed resistance machines and ten Olympic lifting platforms. This is an Inclusive Fitness Initiative accredited facility with equipment that is specifically designed for use by disabled people.

Flexible memberships designed to suit everyone are available. The memberships offer excellent value for money with no joining fee.


Performance Hall

Performance Hall

A modern performance hall with excellent lighting and a Junckers sprung wooden floor with equipment that complies with all National Governing Body standards.

The hall is perfect for training or competition and includes the following:

  • Six badminton courts
  • Four cricket lanes
  • Three five-a-side pitches
  • Basketball court
  • Netball court
  • Handball court


Floodlit Athletics Track

Athletics Track

The St Mary’s track hosts St Mary’s Richmond Athletics Club and is home to some of GB’s most talented distance runners.
The floodlit track is certified by British Athletics and caters for the following events:

  • Six 400m lanes
  • Throwing cage
  • Hurdles
  • Javelin and shot put areas
  • Long jump and triple jump areas
  • High jump and pole vault landing areas
  • Steeplechase water jump
  • Athletics equipment available on request.

Rugby and Training Pitches

A top-class rugby pitch often used by international teams preparing for fixtures at Twickenham complemented by two training pitches that can be used for a variety of sports. Portable floodlights are available on request.

A multi-purpose hall that provides a unique large indoor facility that can cater for individual, team sports and hosting of non-sporting events. It can be separated into three distinct areas meaning that a variety of activities can take place simultaneously.

A specialist tennis centre that also has the versatility to host the following:

  • Three indoor tennis courts
  • Two netball courts
  • Two volleyball courts
  • Six badminton courts
  • Six mini-tennis courts
  • Three five-a-side football pitches
  • Two 30m sprint tracks

A recently refurbished multi-purpose hall that is ideal for training or competition and includes the following:

  • Five-a-side football pitch
  • Basketball court
  • Three mini-basketball courts
  • Netball court
  • Four badminton courts
  • Four mini-tennis courts


Gymnasium

Gymnasium

An Olympic equipped gymnasium fitted with a sprung floor. There is extensive equipment including trampolines, vaulting boxes, beams, rings, parallel and uneven bars and kit that is suitable for junior gymnasts. A specialist gymnastics facility, this area can also be used for martial arts and fitness classes.


Studio

Studio

A well-lit studio with an integrated music system. This area has a sprung wooden floor and body length mirrors along one wall, ideal for dance, exercise classes and martial arts.
