The Accommodation Office
The Accommodation Office at St Mary’s can arrange student accommodation in halls of residence on campus and in St Mary Hall (located in central Twickenham, about a fifteen minute walk from campus). We will endeavour to offer students a room in halls for their first year. Allocations are made on a first come, first served basis.
We may also be able to offer second and third year students accommodation on campus, subject to demand from first years. Advice is given to students on finding off-campus accommodation; in house and flat-shares, or in lodgings with local families. We maintain property lists and also provide details of local lettings agents who are helpful to students.
Assistance is given to short-stay international students requiring private accommodation in the area and lodgings can be arranged with friendly local families.
A Facebook group has been set up to enable students to contact others in order to form groups to share houses or flats or for those in existing tenancies where a flatmate has moved out to recruit an additional person.
