The Learning Resources Centre (LRC)

The LRC holds approximately 115,000 items and over 13,500 journals in electronic and printed form. Other resources include e-books, exam papers, DVDs, CDs, newspapers and other subject resources for your course
PC facilities are available in the main LRC building on a 21 hour, seven day per week basis in term time. There are areas set aside for individual study and spaces for collaborative learning.
i-learn café
Term Time Opening Hours: 24 hours a day
The adjoining i-learn café is a relaxed social learning environment somewhere between an IT lab and a coffee bar. It is a place where students can use PCs, chat or work in groups with few restrictions.
The emphasis is on informal activities and interactive learning, and it has a coffee vending machine, as well as comfortable seating for students working together in groups.
