Teaching Methods
As well as increasing your theoretical understanding of clinical hypnosis our aim is to train you to the highest possible ethical standards as a therapist. Innovative teaching methods are delivered within traditional settings such as lectures and seminars, or within more contemporary settings such as virtual learning environments.
Approximately 50% of the course is practical based, allowing you to develop your clinical skills as a therapist.
Assessment Methods
Courses are assessed through a variety of methods including examinations, essays, practical skills assessment and case studies.
Students are given considerable guidance, help and support from the academic team both in the academic content and assessment and the development of therapeutic skills.
