Registration will take place in the Tennis Hall (the purple building marked 'Zi' on the campus map), which you'll access through the Sports Centre entrance shown in the photo above.
You'll receive registration information from Registry by post over the summer. This will include details of what you must do in preparation for registration in September. If you don't follow these instructions and complete everything you're required to then you will not be able to register on your registration day in September.
It will take between 20 and 45 minutes, depending on the time of your arrival. This is, however, dependent on you having completed the necessary steps mentioned in this letter prior to registration day. We will be registering students in the Tennis Hall, the location of which will be well sign posted on the day. During this period, you will see the Finance Department and the Registry and we will take your photograph (if you have not emailed us one) in order to issue your student ID. Also, please do not forget to bring your original passport or driving licence.
You will have received a coloured parking pass with the information sent to you from the Accommodation Office about your hall of residence. Please display this parking pass on the dashboad of your car so it is clearly visible to staff on arrival. As per the instructions you received:
Student helpers will be available on the day to give directions and help you unload your car - they're there to help you, so please ask for assistance if you need it!
Saturday 10th: 9.45am-5.15pm
Sunday 11th: 9.15am-4.30pm
Monday 12th: 9.15am-4.45pm
After you register you'll pass through the Enrolment Village, where you’ll find various stands showcasing what’s available to you while you’re studying at St Mary’s.
Whether you’re looking for information on clubs and societies, volunteering or work placement opportunities, why not take some time to get a flavour of just some of the things St Mary’s can offer you?
Confirmed exhibitors at the village include:
There will also be a prize draw.
